A deposit of $100 per week (non refundable) is required upon receipt of our invoice to secure the reservation. If the deposit is not received within seven (7) days the reservation will automatically be cancelled. The invoice will also show when the balance is due (normally 8 weeks before arrival). However, if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks, the whole balance will be payable immediately. Directions to the villa will also be sent with the invoice. |
